Hot Cross Bun Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 hot cross buns
  • 4 coops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate sauce

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Remove the ice cream from the freezer a few minutes before using to thaw slightly. 
  2. Cut the hot cross buns in half and lightly toast them under the grill/broiler. 
  3. Add a scoop of ice cream to the bottom side of each hot cross bun. 
  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce then add the top of the hot cross bun to make a 'sandwich'. Serve immediately.
