  • 35 gms flour
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 2 water or 3 tbsp
Spice Glaze
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 100 ml water
Honey Butter
  • 80 gms butter softened, 1/3 cup
  • 40 gms honey
