Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 red onion
- ⅓ cup pepperoncinis sliced
Dressing
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
Instructions
- Finely dice peppers, cucumber, and red onion and add to a large mixing bowl with pepperoncinis.
- Next, prepare the dressing. Combine dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to mix. Enjoy.
