Hot Honey Pistachio Baked Brie
Take your baked brie to the next level with a little hot honey and pistachios. This effortless appetizer is sure to be a show-stopper!
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup pistachio roughly chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons hot honey store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet or small baking dish with parchment paper. Place the 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese in the lined dish.
- Using a sharp knife, slice a grid pattern across the top of the Brie, making 1-inch squares that are about 1/4-inch deep.
- Roughly chop 1/4 cup pistachios and sprinkle across the top of the brie. Drizzle the 1-2 tablespoons hot honey over the pistachios.
- Bake in the preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is warm and melted. Serve immediately with crackers or slices of crusty bread.
