Hot Honey Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon hot sauce (vinegar based, like Franks Original, or Tapatio)
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper , or more, to taste
  • chili flakes , optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add honey to a microwave safe bowl and warm for 30-45 seconds.
  2. Stir in hot sauce, garlic and cayenne pepper.
  3. Allow to cool, then store in a container with a lid, at room temperature, for up to 3 weeks.
