Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces (45 milliliters) whiskey any type
  • 3/4 ounce (22.5 milliliters) honey
  • 4-5 ounces (120-150 milliliters) hot water
  • Lemon slice to garnish
  • cinnamon stick to garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure whiskey and honey into a warmed mug or footed Irish coffee glass, and stir.
  2. Top up with hot water.
  3. Garnish with lemon slice and cinnamon stick.
