Hot Turkey Sandwiches

Use your leftover turkey to makes these easy and delicious open faced hot turkey sandwiches! Save all your leftovers ( even the cranberry sauce!) and use them up the day after your big dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4-8 large slices cooked turkey reheated
  • 1-2 cups stuffing reheated
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup turkey gravy reheated
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Lay out four pieces of white "Texas toast" style bread and spread mayonnaise over each evenly.
  2. Next up, add the stuffing in a generous heap to each slice of bread.
  3. Top that with cranberry sauce followed by 1-2 slices of Turkey.
  4. Pour gravy liberally over everything and serve!

Notes

  • Don't forget to have some gravy handy for this!
