Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumbers diced
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup croutons
