How Long To Cook Meatballs In Air Fryer?

Ingredients

  • ½ small onion
  • 450 g minced/ground beef
  • 450 g minced/ground pork
  • 2 Tsp Garlic puree
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 Tsp tomato puree/paste
  • 2 Tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1 Tsp mustard powder
  • 2 Tsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Mixed Herbs/Italian Seasoning
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and finely dice your onion.
  2. Load into a bowl everything including the onion you have just chopped.
  3. Mix the mixture with your hands and then once thoroughly mixed form into meatball shapes.
  4. Place the meatballs into the air fryer basket or drawer, spreading them out so they are on a single layer.
  5. Air fry the meatballs at 180c/360f for 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking and then serve.

Notes

  • Dual. If you have an air fryer dual (such as this one we have) we recommend instead cooking the raw meatballs in one drawer, then a nice sauce or some pull apart bread in the other.
