How to Boil Corn on The Cob

Ingredients

  • 2 corn husks and silks removed, ears
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons chives chopped
  • Pinch salt sea salt
  • Pinch black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil, then add the garlic cloves. Reduce the heat to medium high.
  2. Stir in the butter, then add the corn. Simmer for 10 minutes until the corn is tender.
  3. Remove the corn. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped chives.
