Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash
- 1 Tsp basil
- 1 Tsp parsley
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Place one tablespoon of water in the bottom of your steamer basket.
- Peel and then dice your butternut squash into cubes. Discard your seeds. Then add to the steamer basket.
- Add your seasonings and mix with your hands for an even coating.
- Place the lid on the steamer and then place in the microwave.
- Microwave for 7 minutes.
- Remove the lid, allow the steam to release, and do a fork test to make sure the butternut squash is fork tender. Then transfer to a serving dish.
