How To Cook Corn On The Cob In The Microwave

Microwave Corn On The Cob. Let me introduce you to the most delicious and fastest way to cook corn on the cob without husks using the microwave and a Ziploc bag.

Ingredients

  • 2 corn on the cob
  • 2 Tsp Light I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
  • salt & pepper
Kitchen Gadgets
  • Microwave
  • Ziploc Bag

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place one tablespoon of water in the bottom of your Ziploc bag.
  2. Add corn on the cobs without husks, salt, pepper, and half your butter to the bag.
  3. Seal your bag, remove any air, shake it about, and then place the corn on the cob into the microwave.
  4. Microwave for 3 minutes based on a 1000w microwave or add a little extra or add a little more depending on the power of your microwave. Then allow it to sit for a couple of minutes and be careful with the steam.
  5. Place onto corn on the cob holders and tuck in.

Notes

  • Optional – I love my corn on the cob with butter, but it is totally optional. You can also choose to just add some to the bag or just have some to serve with your corn on the cob.
