How to Cook Couscous

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-sodium broth or water
- 1 cup instant couscous dry
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the broth or water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
