- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine all spices and mix thoroughly.
