Ingredients

  • 2 cups snow peas fresh
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ginger minced, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Pinch red chili flakes for garnish
  • white sesame seeds for garnish, toasted

Instructions

  1. Wash the snow peas, then cut off the tips and remove the side strings.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large pan. Add the snow peas, minced ginger, and garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes until cooked. Season with soy sauce.
  3. Transfer the cooked snow peas onto plates and top with red chili flakes and toasted white sesame seeds.
