Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Caramel sauce
  • 1 Cheesecake
  • 60 g raspberries
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 5 g chocolate dark

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place 1 Cheesecake on a serving board. Drizzle over 2 tablespoon Caramel sauce.
  2. Pile on 100 g Strawberries and 60 g Raspberries.
  3. Grate over 5 g Chocolate.

Notes

  • It's best to decorate your cheesecake just before you are going to serve it, as this prevents the toppings from making it soggy.
  • If you are making your own cheesecake, allow it to set for 6-8 hours before decorating.
  • Remember to keep the overall look of the cheesecake in mind when creating designs. Too many toppings or a cluttered design can detract from the beauty of the cheesecake.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the cheesecake into slices. Wipe the knife clean between each slice for a clean cut.
  • Serve the cheesecake on a decorative platter or cake stand for a beautiful presentation.
