Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Air Fryer Oven
  • Mandolin
Pear Chips Ingredients:
  • 4 medium pears
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • extra virgin olive oil spray

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice your pears into medium slices and load onto your air fryer shelves.
  2. Spray the pear slices with extra virgin olive oil and then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Place in the air fryer oven on the top shelf (or use all shelves) and air fry for 4 hours at 55c/130f.
  4. Allow to cool before transferring to storage containers for later.

Notes

  • Setting. Note that the Power Air Fryer Oven has a weird set up. You have to press fruit and then adjust the time up to 55c and then adjust the cook time.
  • Swap. I recommend if doing a big batch of dried pears, that you swap the shelves around halfway through the cook time. This will ensure that the bottom shelf are dehydrated properly and not just the top shelf.
  • Thanks for reading our dehydrated pears recipe on Recipe This. We have many more Air Fryer recipes for you to check out next. Though if you would like more fruit, then I recommend you try our air fryer baked oatmeal.
