- 2 eggs
- salt and black pepper for seasoning
Instructions
- Heat the pan over medium heat for about 15 seconds, then grease.
- Crack 2 eggs in the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until the egg whites are completely set.
- Once the egg whites are set, about 4 to 5 minutes, give the eggs a quick shimmy in the pan and using your wrist, toss the pan upward, using it to catch the eggs. Or, you can use a thin spatula to assist by sliding it under the egg and flipping it over.
- Cook for an additional minute or until the yolks reach your preferred doneness and remove from heat onto a plate.
