  2. spread your filling in a thin layer all over the crepe
  3. roll it up from the left to the right side
Fold over
  1. place the crepe on a plate with the best side facing down
  2. spoon some of the filling in the middle of the crepe, from top to bottom
  3. fold the left and right sides towards the middle, the folds should overlap slightly
Triangle fold
  1. place the crepe on a plate with the best side facing down

Small triangle fold

Pocket fold
