Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup butter softened
  • 1 ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ¼ cup brown sugar packed
  • 4 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla
  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 pound mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer with whisk attachment. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and add to the sugar mixture. Mix with the paddle attachment until dough forms.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for 8 to 9 minutes or use one of the methods above to freeze cookie dough.
