How to Freeze Pasta

This guide explains freezing cooked pasta to preserve it for later use. After cooking pasta to al dente, it is drained and tossed with olive oil to prevent sticking. The pasta is cooled, flash frozen spread on a baking sheet, then transferred to a freezer bag. Thawing is done overnight in the fridge, then reheated with butter in the microwave.
