How to Make a Perfect Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 Bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Make sure both the orange juice and the champagne are chilled. Refrigerate them in advance if necessary.
  2. Fill two-thirds of the glass with champagne. Pour down the side of the glass to minimize the amount of fizz.
  3. Add a splash of orange juice. Leave some space at the top of the glass to allow for bubbles.
  4. If the drink warrants it, stir lightly to mix and serve immediately.
