How to Make a Perfect Mimosa

Craft the perfect Mimosa, an effervescent blend of chilled champagne and fresh orange juice that's sure to add a splash of elegance to your brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 champagne or sparkling wine, bottle of

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Make sure both the orange juice and the champagne are chilled. Refrigerate them in advance if necessary.
  2. Fill two-thirds of the glass with champagne. Pour down the side of the glass to minimize the amount of fizz.
  3. Add a splash of orange juice. Leave some space at the top of the glass to allow for bubbles.
  4. If the drink warrants it, stir lightly to mix and serve immediately.
