Ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila preferably blanco or silver
  • 2 ounces grapefruit juice preferably fresh
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup depending on preference
  • salt for the rim
  • ice
  • grapefruit wedges for garnish optional

  1. Prepare the glass by running a lime wedge along the rim and then dipping the rim into a small plate filled with salt.
