How to Make Aperol Spritz

The Aperol Spritz is a classic Italian cocktail composed of prosecco, Aperol, a splash of soda water, and a slice of orange. The drink combines the sparkling dryness of prosecco with Aperol's bittersweet orange flavor, lightened by soda water for a refreshing finish. Its vibrant orange hue and simple assembly offer a pleasant, balanced aperitif.
