  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar or Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup room temperature whole milk

Instructions

  1. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar or fresh lemon juice to a measuring cup. Pour in enough milk to make 1 cup total. Stir well.
  2. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to allow the milk to curdle slightly.
