Ingredients
- 2 black or oolong tea bags
- 2 ½ cups water
- 2 pieces cinnamon bark
- ½ teaspoon of cardamom seeds
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- 125 ml honey
- 1 ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Wrap cinnamon, cardamom and ginger in cheese cloth with a string so you can pull it in and out.
- In a pot, bring water to a low boil and place the spice cheese cloth inside. Let spices simmer in water for 15 minutes and pull out it out.
- Remove the pot from heat and add tea leaves. Allow leaves to sit in water for 2 minutes before pulling them out. Strain the water and stir in milk and honey. Serve and enjoy.
