- 1½ Tablespoon ground cinnamon you can increase this to 2 Tbsp, but for me that is a bit spicy
- ½ cup granulated sugar

- Whisk together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Store cinnamon sugar in an airtight container.
