How To Make Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 avocado pits and peels removed, ripe
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup mixed herbs e.g., mint, basil, chives, and dill
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all of the ingredients into your food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth. You may add a little water if it is a bit thick.
  3. Scoop out into a serving bowl and enjoy as a dressing, a dip, or a spread.
