Ingredients

Strawberry Popsicles
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 Tbsp honey
Carrot Orange Popsicles
  • 1 cup chopped orange flesh
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey
Pineapple Mango Popsicles
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 Tbsp honey
Kiwi Popsicles
  • 2 cups chopped kiwi about 4 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp sugar
Creamy Blueberry Popsicles
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup full-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsps honey

Instructions

  1. Blend: Choose your desired flavor and add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.You can also choose to leave the mixture a little chunky if you want your popsicles to have a little fruit texture!
  2. Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.
  3. Unmold: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove pops from the molds.

Notes

  • Store popsicles in a freezer-safe container or baggies. Do not store popsicles in the mold, as this isn't airtight and can lead to freezer burn
