How To Make Iced Coffee

An espresso shot, some milk, sugar and ice is all you need to make a homemade iced coffee that will rival Starbucks.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 4 espresso shot (44ml/1.5oz per shot)
  • 2 tablespoon Caramel Syrup
  • ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Brew the coffee.
  2. Put the ice into a glass and top up with milk.
  3. Add the coffee and syrup. Stir well.

Notes

  • Make sure to cool your coffee to at least room temperature first. This will make sure that your ice cubes don't melt when they hit hot coffee.
  • To keep this iced coffee extra cooled, chill your glass first.
  • If you want to make a mocha version of this, then use chocolate syrup.
  • Add some vanilla extract if you want a vanilla iced coffee.
