Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lemon juice from fresh lemons, 60 mL
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Tahini 120 g
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ to ½ cup cold water can use more until you reach a consistency to your liking, 60 to 120 mL

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Marinate: Stir together ¼ cup lemon juice and 2 cloves garlic (minced). Let sit for 10 minutes to allow garlic flavor to diffuse into the lemon juice. Use a mesh sieve to strain out garlic pulp, keeping the lemon juice.
  2. Mix: In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlicky lemon juice, ½ cup tahini, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ to ½ cup cold water (adding more as needed until it reaches a smooth consistency).
