Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape into hamburger bun shapes.
  6. Place the buns on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the buns are golden brown.
  7. Allow the buns to cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
