How To Make Passion Fruit Juice (Super Easy!)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water 709 mL
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp 200 g
  • sugar to taste

  1. Blitz: Combine water and passion fruit pulp in a blender. Blitz for just a few seconds to loosen the pulp from the seeds (the longer you blend, the more the seeds will break up, which will require a more fine mesh sieve for the next step).
  2. Strain: Pour juice through a wire mesh sieve to remove the seeds, collecting the juice in a spouted container.
  3. Sweeten: Passion fruit can be sour, so add sugar to suit your taste.

Notes

  • The passion fruit pulp is simply everything inside of the fruit, seeds and juicy flesh included.
