Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries
- 3 cups milk (use whole, low fat, skimmed, or non dairy milk of your choice)
optional extras
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- a dash or sugar or honey taste
Instructions
- Rinse and hull your berries, then slice them in half.
- Add the strawberries to a blender.
- Add the milk and any optional ingredients to the blender and blend for about 15-30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Serve right away.
