Ingredients

  • 1 Indomie noodles or Instant ramen
  • 1 teaspoon neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • 1 green onion whites thinly sliced, or shallot
  • 1 garlic minced, clove
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce light
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced, sprig

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the green onion whites and mince the garlic.
  2. Combine the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sriracha in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cook the noodles as per the package instructions or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat oil on low heat and sauté the green onion whites and garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer for a couple of seconds.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and toss them to coat evenly with the sauce.
  7. Toss in the green onion and give it a quick stir to mix everything together.
  8. Transfer the noodles to a bowl and serve immediately.
