Ingredients

  • 3 lbs turkey bones leftovers from turkey roast
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 garlic head

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large soup pot (5 quarts or bigger). Fill it up with water.
  2. Bring the broth to a light boil and turn the heat down to a low simmer for 3 hours.
  3. Pour the broth through a strainer. Discard the solid veggies and herbs.
  4. Store the broth in the fridge or freezer or use it immediately. Enjoy!
