Ingredients
- 3 lbs turkey bones leftovers from turkey roast
- 2 large carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 garlic head
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a large soup pot (5 quarts or bigger). Fill it up with water.
- Bring the broth to a light boil and turn the heat down to a low simmer for 3 hours.
- Pour the broth through a strainer. Discard the solid veggies and herbs.
- Store the broth in the fridge or freezer or use it immediately. Enjoy!
