  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt thick, plain
  • 1 cucumber mini or Persian
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 3-5 leaves mint fresh
  • 1/2 medium lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
