  1. Slice each side just parallel to the seed, with the stem facing upwards.
  2. Slice flesh of the mango lengthwise without breaking the skin, similar to when you cut avocado slices.
  3. Using a knife, spoon, or the edge of a cup, scoop out the slices.

Notes

  • Wash the mango before cutting
  • Do not place the unripe mango in the fridge. Allow it to ripen on your kitchen counter before placing it in the fridge to prevent it from going bad.
