- cold chicken wings (see note 1)
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 390ºF/200ºC.
- Place the chilled chicken wings onto a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 8-10 minutes.
- The skin will become crispy and puffed up and the meat inside will be juicy and delicious!
