How to Roast Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut off the top of an entire head of garlic.
  3. Stand up on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Wrap with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before using in recipes.
