- 1 head garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut off the top of an entire head of garlic.
- Stand up on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Wrap with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before using in recipes.
