Hugo Spritz
This bubbly Hugo Spritz is easy to make, with a crisp, refreshing flavor and a little bit of floral complexity thanks to elderflower liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces elderflower liqueur St-Germain brand
- 6 medium-large mint leaf fresh
- 2 lime thinly sliced wheels, divided
- 4 ounces prosecco chilled, dry
- 2 ounces club soda chilled
- 1 mint fresh sprig
Instructions
- Add St-Germain, mint leaves, and one lime wheel to a wine glass. Muddle to incorporate flavors of mint and lime.
- Add ice to ⅔-full. Then slowly pour in Prosecco and club soda. Give the drink a brief, gentle stir to combine.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
