Ingredients
- 2 flatbread store-bought
- 1 lettuce such as Multileaf Trio or Romain Trio, torn into bite size pieces, Inspired Greens Living
- 1 cup hummus either store-bought or homemade like the recipe in notes below*
- 1/2 pint cherry tomato halved, or small tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion very thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp mixed fresh herbs such as basil, dill, cilantro, mint, etc., optional
- red wine vinegar to drizzle
- olive oil to drizzle
- salt to season
- black pepper to season
