Ingredients

  • 2 flatbread store-bought
  • 1 lettuce such as Multileaf Trio or Romain Trio, torn into bite size pieces, Inspired Greens Living
  • 1 cup hummus either store-bought or homemade like the recipe in notes below*
  • 1/2 pint cherry tomato halved, or small tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion very thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp mixed fresh herbs such as basil, dill, cilantro, mint, etc., optional
  • red wine vinegar to drizzle
  • olive oil to drizzle
  • salt to season
  • black pepper to season
