Ingredients

  • ¾ cup hummus
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon cold water
  • ½ tablespoon honey/maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour the hummus, mustard, water, honey and sesame oil into a measuring cup/jug or jar.¾ cup / 185 g hummus1 tbsp Dijon mustard2 tbsp cold water½ tbsp / ½ tablespoon honey/maple syrup1 tsp sesame oil
  2. Add in the zest of the lemon and 2 tablespoons of the juice.1 lemon
  3. Crush in the garlic clove.1 garlic clove
  4. Shake/stir until well mixed.
  5. Taste and add seasoning. salt and pepper
