Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted, unsalted
Filling:
  • 9 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries , dried and chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanuts , roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter until well mixed.
  2. Add crust mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and press down evenly.
  3. Scoop the ice creams all over the baking pan so there's a good even distribution around the baking dish.
  4. Spread with a knife or offset spatula to smooth over.
  5. Spread the chocolate ganache evenly over the ice cream.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over the chocolate ganache layer.
  7. Spread Cool whip evenly and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
  8. Top with chopped cherries and peanuts before serving.
