Iced Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder sifted
- 1/4 cup water hot
- ice cubes
- 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of your choice, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha green tea powder with hot water until it forms a smooth paste. Let it cool for a few minutes.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, pour the matcha mixture over the ice, add milk, and stir well.
