Iced Matcha Pandan Latte

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoon water hot
- 1-2 tablespoon pandan simple syrup
- ice
- 1 C almond milk or milk/non-dairy alternative of your choice
Instructions
