Iced Oat Milk Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

This homemade iced brown sugar shaken espresso is the perfect Starbucks copycat! Made with a slightly sweet homemade brown sugar syrup, creamy oat milk, and a punch of caffeine-filled espresso.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice divided
  • 1 hot espresso
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar syrup
  • 1/2 cup oat milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice.
  2. Add espresso shot and brown sugar syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously until well combined.
  4. Fill a glass with the remaining 1 cup of ice and pour the shaken espresso over it.
  5. Top with oat milk and serve.
