Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Sweet, creamy, and perfectly spiced, this iced pumpkin spice latte comes together in a few easy steps! You only need a handful of simple ingredients to make this popular PSL in your own kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 hots espresso (mine is 4 oz) or ½ cup of strongly brewed coffee
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 to 1½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice more or less
  • 1 cup milk
  • Whipped Cream optional

Instructions

  1. To a measuring cup, add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and espresso and mix until well combined.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, if desired. Make sure to push the mixture through.
  3. Fill a glass with ice. Add the pumpkin-espresso mixture to the glass and top with milk.
  4. Serve immediately with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
