Ingredients
- 2 hots espresso (mine is 4 oz) or ½ cup of strongly brewed coffee
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 to 1½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup ice more or less
- 1 cup milk
- Whipped Cream optional
Instructions
- To a measuring cup, add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and espresso and mix until well combined.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, if desired. Make sure to push the mixture through.
- Fill a glass with ice. Add the pumpkin-espresso mixture to the glass and top with milk.
- Serve immediately with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
