IHOP Pancakes (copycat)
IHOP Pancakes are fluffy, tender griddle cakes made from a batter of sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, eggs, butter, and sugar. These pancakes develop a golden exterior while remaining soft inside, replicating the classic diner-style texture and flavor suitable for breakfast or brunch served with syrup and butter.
